The Infinite Banking Concept was discovered and developed by Nelson Nash. It was during a challenging financial time for Mr. Nash and his family that he had a “revelation” that the answer to his financial need was right in front of him. You see, Mr. Nash was also a top producing insurance agent who had wisely taken out several insurance policies that had accrued cash value. He learned that even though interest rates were quite high at the time, he could still borrow from his policies at a very low rate. He later also learned that by paying these loans back with interest, his available cash reserves in his insurance policies continued to grow so that he had more money than he did when he initially borrowed from what he had accrued.
